Kaluba is a qualified chartered accountant, a fellow of ACCA and ZICA. He has over 17 years experience in Audit, Accounting finance and strategy having previously worked for Grant Thornton Chartered and Management Accounts and Bayport Financial Services. 

He served on the board of Habitat for Humanity Zambia as Chairperson of the Audit and Finance Committee. He is also a holder of an MBA from Edinburgh Business School of Heriot Watt University. He is currently the Chief Financial Officer for Synergy Seeds Zambia.
